Shopkins Season 3 FULL TRAY BLIND BASKETS Opening!

     We open a WHOLE TRAY of Season 3 Shopkins Blind Baskets as we hunt for Limited Edition Shopkins! We open each of the 10 Blind Baskets (thats 20 Blind Bags!) and find a few rare shopkins while we hunt. Shopkins are fun, small, plastic toys that are fun to collect and play with.

      We have a large collection of Season 3 Shopkins, but we are trying to complete our collection before Season 4 Shopkins are released later this year. We have never found a limited edition shopkin so we are axiously searching for them with each basket unboxing! Collecting shopkins are something that we do as a family, the girls love to have a collection that they can display and keep track of. We all love them because they are so cute!

We were surprised at how many duplicates we received even after opening a whole tray. We would have thought that there would be more variety within a tray. Still we love our new Shopkins, duplicates are good for trading with friends or re purposing into jewelry or using for pencil toppers.

Hello Kitty Blind Bags | My Little Pony and more Blind Bag Openings

      This video showcased Hello Kitty Blind Bags, My Little Pony Blind Bags, Thomas The Train Minis, Sheriff Callie's Wild West, and Plants Vs Zombies Blind Bags opening in this video. Each of the Blind Bags were purchased at Walmart for around $2-$3. Each Blind Bag or surprise bag comes with a mini figure inside but the figure you get is actually a surprise! It is a lot of fun to open each of the mystery bags and discover which of the characters you will get, and then to play with the characters when you are done! Because they are so inexpensive these blind bags are a perfect stocking stuffer idea for kids aged 3 and up.

       Each of the bags contain special plastic figures of some of the most popular characters today. Hello Kitty's popularity is world wide, and these little collectible figures are a great, inexpensive way for a Hello Kitty fan to add to their collection. Sheriff Callie is a new character on Disney Junior. Her show is a wonderful show for preschoolers, and her figure from the blind bag is bright and fun. We loved her pink cowgirl hat...adorable! The Thomas and Friends Minis are perfect for toy fanatics young and old. Because they really roll around, I can see these being used with other small train play sets. They are also fun to collect. The plants vs zombie character we got was actually quite cute for being a zombie and all! We loved him as well. And of course we got a great My Little Pony (MLP) Friendship Magic Figure as well. We already have the pony we got in our collection, but she is a favorite in our house so we didn't mind as much!       These Peppa Pig Figures were a lot of fun to play with. We purchased this Peppa Pig and Family box set from Target for about $11. The set came with 4 figures: Daddy Pig, Mummy Pig, Peppa Pig, and her little brother George Pig. It is a great set to have if you are thinking of getting any of the Peppa Pig dollhouses, or school sets that are available, but they are also a lot of fun to play with without them.

      We used our figures to make Peppa Pig Playdough surprise eggs. I used red, blue, white, and yellow play doh to make my own surprise eggs and then asked my son to guess where each member of the family was hiding! This is a fun game idea for toddlers and preschoolers. I hope you enjoy watching our Peppa Pig toy video!

Shopkins Kinstructions Shopville Town Center Review

      The Shopkins Kinstructions Shopville Town Center is the new playset for ages 6 and up from Shopkins by Moose Toys. This is like a shopkins lego set or shopkins mega blocks set for shopkins construction. It comes with 410 pieces (!) which is great for hours of fun. It took us quite a bit of time to unbox and put this playset together, but it was a lot of fun doing it. We purchased this set at Toys R Us for about $35.

      The play set comes with 6 buildable figures, one of them is a mystery! We got Shopkins from seasons 1 and 2 including Lippy Lips, La'Lotion, Wendy Washer, Kooky Cookie, Cheeky Chocolate, and Bread Head . Because they are buildable you can mix and match them if you want and make custom shopkins. We had a lot of fun doing that! Once it is completed the Shopkins Shopville Town Center has several cash registers, a shopping cart, a cool sign, display stand, beauty boutique and a sweet shop on the second level.

       This set is a ton of fun and would make a great Christmas gift idea considering how much play you get out of it, from building it to playing with it after it's complete. We really liked it. Watch the video above to watch us build it from scratch!

      40 Mystery Edition Shopkins are included in this exclusive box set, which can only be found at Target! They have been sold out since release so we were super excited when we found this at our local target for $34.99. In this video we unbox the shopkins and show each one in detail. All the Shopkins are fun NEON repaints from season 2 and season 3. You get 40 of the special Mystery Edition Shopkins, 5 bright bags, and 2 neon colored baskets all packaged together in a sleek embossed black box, and showcased on a felt tray. I am not 100% sure, but I think all the boxes have the same shopkins in them? Let me know in the comments if I am wrong.

Overall we thought the Mystery Edition Shopkins Box was a great buy! Remember that it is a Target exclusive so I would keep checking there. As with most things if you try to buy from Amazon or Ebay the price is hiked up and I wouldn't pay much more than the $35 that we paid for this. After all you don't get any new shopkins, just neon repaints of some old ones from season 2 and 3. Thanks for reading! :)

Chubby Puppy Toy Review- So Cute!!

      The Chubby Puppy toy by Spin Master is a super fun, super affordable, super adorable collectible toy that can be for either girls or boy. For ages 4+, this toy is made of hard plastic and has an on off switch under it's belly. It comes packaged with 1 AAA which is required for use. He also comes with a small hard plastic Frisbee (or Disk).

 
     He doesn't fetch, but you can really place in in his mouth and he will waddle around with it while you try to catch him! As the box says he can hop and waddle (Je Sautille Et me Dandine). Depending upon how you position his legs before you turn it on this toy dog can waddle or hop. Watch him closely because he doesn't move in a straight line so he will waddle all over the place just like real life cute chubby puppies! He was able to move just fine on carpet and hard floors. In the video we take a close look at the Jack Russell Terrier.

 I was able to pick this cutey up from my local walmart for about $7.00, which makes this a great Christmas gift idea or stocking stuffer idea for girls or boys. Preschoolers will love this for Christmas. My preschooler is enamored already, and older kids will love to collect them all. Each package comes with the Adoption Checklist so you can keep track of which puppies you have and which puppies you want next! This toy dog was so cute I fell in love with him immediately. It was the perfect size to be a tiny puppy for a barbie sized doll , so Barbie is looking to adopt her. Let me know in the comments what we should name our Chubby Puppy toy.

Disney Doc McStuffins Play Doh Doctors Kit Review

       The Doc McStuffins Doctor Kit from Play Doh was such a cute, fun, inexpensive set. I purchased the set from my local walmart for about $9 or so. I think at that price point it is well worth the cost. This would be a good sticking stuffer idea for the holidays too. You could take it out of the box and put it in the stocking as several small gifts.

    The kit comes with mold for all of the popular characters from the Disney Junior series; Doc, Stuffy, Hallie, Chilly and Lambie. It also comes with a syringe that acts as an extruder and a stethoscope that you can use to stamp out hearts and bandages. The stethoscope was just the right size for my 3 year old, but was overall to stiff, hard and uncomfortable to wear.

        The kit also comes with 3 small cans of play doh (play dough, or clay) in pink, blue, and a really cute glittery purple. The soft glittery purple play doh was my daughter's favorite thing about the set! She takes after her mother and is such a girly girl!
